In the Multiple Leads Upload page for the row which has status ADDING or VALIDATED or VALIDATING there would be a Cancel action.

As the leads are added in batch of 50. The cancel will be applicable from next batch onwards when in ADDING status. The Cancel button is highlighted in the following image.
